Pricing questions
- Why isn’t there a free plan?
- Because real AI inference (Claude Opus + Sonnet for advisor briefs, statement parsing, chat) costs us money, and we’d rather charge a small predictable amount than ad-target you or downgrade your data.
- Do you offer student / non-profit discounts?
- Not yet. We’ll consider it once we’re out of private beta and have a real cost structure to size against.
- Are there usage caps?
- No hard caps in normal use. Internally we cap LLM calls per user per hour to protect against accidental loops; you’ll never notice unless something is very wrong.
- Can I pay annually?
- Phase 4 plans to add an annual option at a small discount. For now, monthly only.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- Your access ends at the end of the billing period. Your data stays for 30 days in case you come back. After that, it’s hard-deleted. You can also delete your account directly which kicks off immediate deletion.
